Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Support Agent will assist existing clients with insurance policy changes, answer inquiries, and process service requests while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications
- Must possess a Georgia P&C license (or be willing to obtain within 60 days of starting)
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship
