Georgia P&C Licensed Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a high-volume call center, the full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and sell insurance policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high call volumes, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Process insurance endorsements and provide product/service information, including add-on products
• Educate customers about insurance options and maintain performance levels to meet or exceed KPIs

Required qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of call center experience or two years in a customer service environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with data entry skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
