Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in reviewing and assessing clients' Personal Injury claims
• Support the development of claims from intake through resolution, ensuring complete case files
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, maintaining communication and updates

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Georgia
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while collaborating with a team
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required
