Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pursuit & Proposal Specialist to join their US Mobility Winning Pursuits' team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate capture planning, strategy, and pursuit/proposal activities
• Manage proposal development and interview preparation processes, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
• Conduct market research and support strategy preparation for client meetings and events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry as a marketing, pursuit, proposal, or business development specialist
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, professional/technical writing, political science, English, or a related field
• Experience in developing and writing proposals with a thorough understanding of the RFP process
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• CPSM or APMP Certification is preferred but not required
