Job Summary

Engaging with students online, the part-time Georgia Real Estate Instructor will deliver pre-licensing, continuing education, and post-licensing courses while utilizing provided content and technology to enhance learning and student success.

Key responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the provided course plan
• Actively engage with students and provide real-world examples to facilitate understanding
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings and trainings as required

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active Georgia state specific real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Georgia Real Estate Instructor license
• Previous instruction and/or training experience
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone, and a quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection
