Job Summary
To support a high-volume call center, the full-time hourly Georgia Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for various clients, requiring agility in switching protocols and delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls while adhering to specific protocols and data entry requirements
- Deliver empathetic and professional customer service on every call, maintaining high-quality assurance scores
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence and average wrap time
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Georgia and be available to work one weekend day per week
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Home office must meet technical specifications, including Windows 11 or higher and a wired internet connection
- Professional-grade wired headset with microphone is required
- Two monitors are highly preferred for optimal system navigation
