To support a high-volume call center, the full-time hourly Georgia Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls for various clients, requiring agility in switching protocols and delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls while adhering to specific protocols and data entry requirements
  • Deliver empathetic and professional customer service on every call, maintaining high-quality assurance scores
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence and average wrap time
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in Georgia and be available to work one weekend day per week
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Home office must meet technical specifications, including Windows 11 or higher and a wired internet connection
  • Professional-grade wired headset with microphone is required
  • Two monitors are highly preferred for optimal system navigation
