A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist I in the Patient Contact Center focused on Collections and Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls related to collections in a high-volume call center
• Research and document account details, addressing patient inquiries and concerns
• Refer accounts to bad debt agencies as necessary and maintain detailed notes for account reviews

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of collection experience, preferably in a healthcare or call center setting
• Solid knowledge of patient collections and bad debt procedures
• Ability to work with various systems to perform daily job duties
• Must reside in Georgia
