Job Summary
Experienced in outbound appointment-setting, the full-time Sales Development Representative will engage in high-volume cold calling to connect homeowners with solar consultations, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments while working remotely from Georgia.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential homeowners to schedule qualified appointments
- Deliver a concise pitch about solar solutions and document outcomes for follow-up
- Participate in ongoing coaching and meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent outbound, phone-based appointment-setting experience
- Must reside in Georgia and be authorized to work in the U.S
- Ability to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with required equipment
- Proficient in using dual monitors and a computer with specified technical requirements
