Georgia Sales Training Specialist

Job Summary

To elevate the performance of attorneys and drive growth, the full-time remote Georgia Sales Training Specialist will design and implement innovative training programs, provide ongoing coaching, and utilize data analysis to enhance client conversion rates across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs focused on consultative sales techniques and client conversion
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to attorneys to improve hire rates and client interactions
• Utilize Salesforce data to identify training needs and measure improvements in performance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in professional services or the legal sector
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person
• Strong foundation in consultative sales and coaching professionals in client communication
• Proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite of products
