Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and future tenants
• Manage the leasing and application process and create urgency for prospective tenants to apply
• Track communications with prospects and maintain necessary paperwork and systems

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Real Estate License in the State of Georgia or Tennessee
• At least 2 years of previous property management experience in the rental industry
• Proven record of success in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Experience in multitasking and maintaining flexibility in various situations
