A company is looking for a Geospatial & AI Tools Engineer to develop cloud-native geospatial services and AI-driven data tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable geospatial services by writing clean Python code and deploying on cloud platforms
• Engineer AI-driven backend systems, ensuring reliable and accurate responses
• Transform algorithms into user-centric workflows and engage with open-source communities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3 years in geospatial or data-intensive backend systems
• Expertise in Python and proficiency with libraries such as Xarray, Zarr, and GDAL
• Experience with cloud-native deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers
• Familiarity with developing AI-driven tools and integrating LLMs for orchestration
• EU/ESA work authorization and ability to collaborate asynchronously across time zones
