Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Applications Engineer (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and support geospatial applications
Develop ETL pipelines and perform geospatial data processing using Python
Collaborate with a small Agile team to troubleshoot and improve production systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of relevant experience in software or applications engineering
Strong proficiency in Python programming language
Experience with GDAL and other open-source Python libraries
Familiarity with AWS for cloud application architecture and maintenance
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
