Geospatial Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support Digital Agriculture Solutions, the remote Geospatial Data Engineer will design, build, and scale geospatial data products, focusing on transforming Earth observation data into production-ready analytics and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable geospatial processing workflows using Earth observation datasets for digital agriculture applications
• Architect, develop, and deploy cloud-native geospatial data products that integrate various data types with Earth observational datasets
• Collaborate with data scientists, agronomists, and software engineers to operationalize geospatial insights and enable scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Remote Sensing, GIS, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in geospatial engineering, remote sensing, or related disciplines
• Strong experience with raster and vector geospatial data at scale
• Proficiency in Python and modern geospatial processing frameworks
• Experience designing cloud-based geospatial processing solutions and production workflows
