Geospatial Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Geospatial Data Scientist to join their team of professionals in geospatial, AI, and data science.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and databases
• Develop production-ready geospatial workflows and data pipelines using open-source Python libraries
• Build CI/CD pipelines with integrated unit tests and convert ML/AI workflows into production-grade systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in data science, geospatial, IT, ML/AI, or a related field
• Must have held a Department of Defense Common Access Card in the past two years
• Strong Python engineering experience in production systems
• Experience working with geospatial data and spatial data analysis at scale
