Geospatial Front-End Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Geospatial Front-End Developer to design, build, and maintain a web-based mapping application that supports mission-critical geospatial workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end geospatial web applications using robust Vanilla JavaScript architecture
• Implement and customize mapping functionality using the ArcGIS JavaScript API 4.x
• Collaborate with back-end developers, analysts, and GIS specialists to integrate spatial data and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience
• Demonstrable experience writing clean, modular JavaScript, including designing applications in Vanilla JavaScript
• Hands-on experience developing geospatial applications with ArcGIS JS API 4.x
• Working knowledge of SQL Server ETL workflows and the ability to modify existing processes
• Experience with ArcGIS Python (ArcPy or ArcGIS API for Python) for data preparation and automation
