Geospatial Production Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Geospatial Production Team Lead will coordinate production activities for mobile mapping and transportation asset workflows while ensuring data quality and providing hands-on support with geospatial tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for geospatial workflows involving mobile mapping and transportation asset data
• Assign and prioritize work, monitor progress, and remove production blockers
• Coach and support production team members, assisting with training and performance feedback

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of geospatial production experience (GIS, mapping, remote sensing, data annotation, or similar)
• 2+ years of team leadership or coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data, and quality control processes
• Experience working in structured production environments and using geospatial tools/applications
• High attention to detail and ability to enforce standards and workflows
