Geospatial Standardization Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for NATO Geospatial Standardization Processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the GeoMetoc Syndicate and report on activities and progress
- Support and participate in JGSWG working groups as a subject matter expert, reporting on activities and progress
- Coordinate frequently with the NCI Agency JISR C GeoMetoc CapDev lead regarding study progress and content
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geospatial standardization
- Experience working within NATO and/or national geospatial standardization
- Familiarity with NATO Standardization bodies and processes
- Knowledge of OGC GeoPackage Encoding Standard and related OGC Standards
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance required
