German Language Tutor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a German Language Tutor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide at least five hours of tutoring per week in the Languages Tutoring Lab/Online
• Support students in developing language proficiency through grammar explanations and reviewing written work
• Attend Tutor Meetings and Training Sessions, and communicate with the Tutoring Coordinator and Assistant Director of Administration

Required Qualifications

• Advanced or near-native fluency in German
• Intermediate-to-high proficiency in English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience in the target language is preferred
• Graduate or advanced undergraduate students are preferred
