Job Summary
Fluent in German, the full-time Sr. Account Manager will strategically manage client accounts in the weather division, focusing on relationship building, revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling, and identifying new business opportunities, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and business objectives
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while conducting regular business reviews to uncover unmet client needs
- Continuously analyze accounts for new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends to recommend differentiated solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B client relations, with a strong understanding of the Energy, Utilities, Transportation, or Renewable industries
- Fluency in German (written and spoken at Business Level)
- Proficiency in SFDC for tracking leads and managing pipelines
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling
