German Speaking BDR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead and develop a growing Business Development team in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to drive outbound pipeline creation across DACH
• Deliver hands-on call coaching and structured role play sessions to enhance outreach quality and conversion rates
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align pipeline expectations and improve lead flow

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)
• 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Strong outbound leadership skills, including cold calling and structured coaching
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales engagement tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
