German Speaking Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time German Speaking Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely, who will manage customer onboarding and ongoing support while developing AI solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the AI platform's value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, optimizing their integration of AI solutions
• Develop new features and scalable solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored AI solutions

Required qualifications

• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Hands-on proficiency in Python
• Experience in building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
