Key responsibilities

• Provide interpretation services for medical and Tier 1 customer service calls
• Manage prescheduled call sessions to ensure consistent availability
• Collaborate with clients to facilitate effective communication in both German and English

Required qualifications

• Professional experience as a Medical Interpreter
• Experience handling Tier 1 calls in customer service and social services
• Strong command of both German and English languages
