Job Summary

To support the Wind segment, the full-time salaried Germany Licensed Managing Counsel will provide strategic legal advice, lead compliance strategies, and manage legal risks associated with large-scale projects, primarily for the DACH region and beyond, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to Wind segment teams, focusing on the DACH region and other assigned areas
• Lead legal and compliance strategy for the Wind segment in collaboration with internal counsels and the Global Legal & Compliance team
• Manage and mitigate legal risks related to large-scale projects, including negotiation and review of complex agreements

Required qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in Germany with significant experience as a practicing attorney
• Fluent in both German and English
• Extensive experience in complex commercial transactions and large-scale project contracts
• Demonstrated ability to provide senior-level legal advice to executive leadership
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
