Job Summary

To expand personal finance offerings in Germany, the part-time contract Personal Finance Coach will develop localized content, innovate products and services, and facilitate financial education workshops while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize personal finance content for the German market
• Innovate and create new products and services in collaboration with the US team
• Facilitate workshops and one-on-one meetings to enhance individuals' financial habits

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) equivalent certification preferred
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning topics relevant to Germany, including money management and retirement
• Strong fluency in both English and German
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for effective information delivery
• Experience in public speaking and a coaching approach that emphasizes active listening and adaptability
