Gift Card Program Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gift Card Program Specialist to manage and support their gift card program across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and launch new gift cards for various 1st party websites and B2B platforms
• Ensure 1st party websites and B2B platforms are current and make necessary updates
• Manage gift card orders and keep stakeholders informed of program changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
• 3+ years of marketing and/or gift card experience; ecommerce retail experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with a passion for innovation
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
