Job Summary
Detail-oriented and service-minded, the full-time Gift Card Support Specialist will onboard new merchants, support ongoing gift card programs, and collaborate with POS partners to ensure a seamless experience, with the option to work fully remote or from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants by configuring accounts and ensuring accurate data entry across systems and POS integrations
- Support merchants transitioning to eCard Systems, coordinating a smooth migration experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for merchant support inquiries, troubleshooting gift card and technical issues promptly
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, merchant services, account management, or operations support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus
- Experience working with POS systems, SaaS platforms, or payment processing environments is a plus
