Gift Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gift Officer to manage donor relationships and drive fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 160 active donors
• Identify and cultivate additional prospects to meet annual fundraising targets
• Develop proposals and ensure proper solicitation of donors based on their interests and capacities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, or related fields
• Demonstrated success with portfolio management and relationship building
• Experience with Electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) software
• Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion
