Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Gift Processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the Gift Processing team, ensuring timely processing of all gifts
• Manage the gift processing function and oversee the reconciliation of gift data across multiple systems
• Prepare financial campaign revenue reports and analyze gift data for operational improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in business or finance
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in gift processing within a nonprofit organization
• Supervisory experience managing staff
• Experience with general ledger systems is a plus
• Extensive technical expertise in nonprofit CRMs, especially in data architecture and reporting tools
