A company is looking for a Manager, Gift Processing to lead the gift processing team and oversee operations related to donor contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the gift processing team, providing coaching and mentorship
• Oversee the complete life cycle of gift processing, ensuring compliance and honoring donor intent
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance donation systems and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in gift processing, advancement, or revenue operations
• A minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role
• Proven track record in managing operations functions and leading complex projects
• Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
