GIS Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a GIS Analyst I to perform computer applications and database design for Geographic Information System (GIS) technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, program, and manage GIS tools, applications, and interfaces
- Develop, maintain, and support all spatial data systems' hardware and software
- Produce maps and provide web-based mapping support, developing spatial and non-spatial databases
Required Qualifications
- Educational background/certification in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience required
- Experience with GIS software such as ESRI, AutoDesk, Bentley, Integraph, ArcGIS Pro (highly preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of geographic concepts
