GIS Analyst
Job Summary
Experienced GIS Analysts will find a fully remote opportunity focused on collecting and analyzing geospatial data for OSP design, creating maps and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyze geospatial data related to proposed OSP designs, creating maps and reports for stakeholder communication
- Audit and maintain OSP as-built records and permits in Sitetracker, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with OSP engineers to capture project requirements and goals within the GIS system
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience with GIS tools and software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS
- 3 years of experience in OSP fiber optic design
- Strong skills in database development and deploying map services
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to OSP design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
