GIS Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the remote GIS Analyst will analyze and interpret aerial and satellite imagery to identify ground features and support operational planning initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret aerial and satellite imagery to document ground features and land-use patterns
• Utilize GIS tools and mapping technologies for operational analysis and reporting activities
• Review and validate geospatial data for accuracy and maintain detailed documentation and mapping records

Required qualifications

• Experience interpreting aerial and/or satellite imagery
• Strong knowledge of GIS tools and geospatial analysis practices
• Understanding of residential and commercial land parcels and utility infrastructure
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
