GIS Analyst / Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote GIS Analyst / Developer, the successful candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise geospatial solutions using the Esri platform and Python, while supporting utility systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy ArcGIS applications, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online
• Develop Python-based tools and workflows to automate data processing and system integration
• Align, reconcile, and integrate complex datasets across utility systems, ensuring data accuracy and governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of GIS development experience supporting utility or infrastructure programs
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and geodatabase management
• Proficiency in Python scripting for geospatial workflows and automation
• Experience with spatial data conflation tools and methodologies
