GIS Analyst GISP Required
Job Summary
To support the development of GIS applications, the full-time remote GIS Analyst GISP will collect, compile, organize, and analyze spatial and tabular data while maintaining complex database information and providing customer service to external clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze spatial data to assist in GIS application development
- Update and maintain GIS databases, ensuring data accuracy and quality control
- Publish GIS data and create technical documents for various audiences
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Studies, GIS Technology, or a related field
- GIS Professional (GISP) certification required
- 4+ years of experience with Esri software (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise)
- Experience in a project management role
- Strong cartographic skills and knowledge of cartography standards
