GIS Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS-Map Developer to support geospatial software design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with GIS software and programming languages for web mapping and spatial data management
• Analyze business requirements and design geospatial software solutions that align with organizational goals
• Develop mapping applications and interactive web maps, including user interfaces and spatial analysis features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of GIS development experience or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in designing complex IT solutions in large organizations
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS software and understanding of geospatial data formats
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and C#
• Working knowledge of GIS platforms and cloud computing services
