GIS Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and maintenance of web-based GIS applications, the full-time GIS Developer I will assist in configuring maps, automating data processes, and troubleshooting GIS tools in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of web-based GIS applications and internal geospatial tools
- Configure and update maps, layers, and related application content in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise
- Assist with Python-based automation for data loading, transformation, and geoprocessing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant GIS or software development experience
- Foundational JavaScript or TypeScript and HTML/CSS skills
- Python scripting ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
