GIS Integration Lead

Job Summary

Guiding customers through the implementation of Geonexus solutions, the full-time remote GIS Integration Lead will facilitate workshops, manage project lifecycles from kickoff to post-launch support, and configure software to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects, ensuring successful transition from kickoff through go live and support
• Facilitate workshops to gather business needs, technical requirements, and testing criteria
• Document requirements and configurations while coordinating with customers and internal teams throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, GIS, or related customer-facing technology roles
• Experience facilitating customer workshops and guiding clients through the full implementation lifecycle
• Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and system integration concepts
• Practical SQL experience with the ability to troubleshoot queries
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
