GIS Mapper Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Mapper / Analyst, open to remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maps, web maps, GIS applications, and create reports using ESRI tools for automation and spatial analysis
• Consult with internal and external groups to enhance the Transmission Asset Mapping Interface (TAMI) web application
• Analyze engineering issues and recommend GIS-based mapping solutions while managing GIS-related requests from various business units

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in GIS mapping and analysis
• Proficiency in ArcMap, ArcPro, Portal, and other ESRI products
• Experience with Python, Arcade, or other coding for GIS applications
• Ability to train and transfer knowledge on ESRI GIS tools and workflows
• Experience collaborating with engineering firms and ensuring GIS data accuracy
