GIS Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Focused Program Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as IOCM GIS Analyst/Developer
• Conceptualize, build, and deploy GIS web-based applications and analytical tools for U.S. ocean and Great Lakes mapping activities
• Create user instructions, document tool development steps, and present tools to diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing and managing GIS web-based applications and analyzing spatial information
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, AGOL, and Experience Builder
• Mid-level experience with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, and Arcade
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (Git) is preferred
• Experience working with remote sensing data and in the government sector is beneficial
