GIS Software Developer

Job Summary

GIS Software Developer, responsible for developing and integrating GIS solutions for energy systems in a fully remote, W2 contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain GIS application components using C# .NET and ESRI toolsets
• Support system integrations related to Schneider Electric's ADMS and collaborate with the GIS Applications team
• Participate in Agile processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in GIS or enterprise application development
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft C# and object-oriented development
• Hands-on experience with ESRI GIS toolsets (v10.1)
• Familiarity with utility GIS environments and electric distribution systems
