GIS Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support the design and enhancement of enterprise geospatial capabilities, the remote GIS Solutions Architect will lead architecture initiatives, implement geospatial solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to align GIS capabilities with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise geospatial solutions
- Support deployment, configuration, and optimization of ArcGIS Enterprise and GeoEvent Server environments
- Develop GIS governance strategies and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of specialized experience in enterprise GIS and geospatial architecture
- Experience designing and implementing ArcGIS Enterprise environments
- Experience architecting geospatial solutions within cloud or hybrid environments
- Knowledge of GIS data models and enterprise geospatial workflows
