GIS Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting solution delivery and client engagement, the full-time GIS Solutions Specialist will design, configure, and implement Cityworks and Trimble Unity solutions while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Cityworks and Trimble Unity solutions, including workflows and integrations
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demos and technical documentation for new opportunities

Required qualifications

• Experience with Cityworks and/or Trimble Unity (Maintain or Permit preferred)
• Background in GIS systems (Esri / ArcGIS)
• Experience in system configuration, implementation, or support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Client-facing experience in workshops or demos
