Job Summary
Seeking GIS Specialists at multiple levels, the full-time remote position will support natural resource management and environmental planning initiatives across the Western U.S. by managing geospatial data, creating GIS products, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting GIS projects for natural resource, environmental, land management, and conservation programs
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing geospatial datasets and databases
- Creating maps, dashboards, web applications, and other GIS products for clients and project teams
Required qualifications
- Professional experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geospatial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in geography, natural resource management, or equivalent; a master's degree is desirable
- Experience with Esri software products including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online
- Knowledge of GIS data management, editing, quality control, and cartographic production
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Federal DOI clearance
