GIS Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for software and hardware-related issues from clients
• Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively
• Collaborate with clients to analyze their Cityworks setup and provide optimization recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with GIS, CAD, EAM, CRM, or Cityworks software
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
• Knowledge of municipal or utility districts is preferred
• Familiarity with leading database systems (Oracle or SQL Server) is preferred
