GIS Technician
Job Summary
A company is looking for a GIS Engineering Technician to support telecommunications infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data and mapping needs for telecommunications infrastructure design and tracking
- Operate GIS hardware and software systems, including ArcPro and AutoCAD
- Create, edit, and integrate geospatial data in various formats and maintain mapping portals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of GIS experience in collegiate or public/private industry settings
- Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online
- Proficiency in the Esri platform and related software
- Knowledge of GIS and CAD software, including AutoCAD and Trimble software
