Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Technician to support elevation derived hydrography projects.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize ESRI's ArcGIS suite for data analysis, visualization, and cartographic design
Manage data for large projects and assess workflows for improvements and automation
Implement remote sensing best practices and collaborate with team members to deliver projects

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's or associate's degree in GIS, geography, or a related field preferred
Experience with ESRI's ArcGIS suite and familiarity with QGIS preferred
Knowledge of DEMs and workflow automation using Python, VBScript, SQL, or Arcade preferred
Experience in data analysis, visualization, and cartographic map design
