GIS Technician V

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GIS Technician V to support public safety and GIS projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data services projects involving evaluation and manipulation of spatial and attribute information
• Reconcile geospatial analysis results and prepare documentation and reports
• Conduct data procurement and quality assessment for service implementation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or applicable professional experience; Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, Science, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working directly with GIS data, preferably in a consulting environment
• 1-2 years of experience with the Esri ArcGIS suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
• Must be a US Citizen and located in the continental US
