GIS Workflow Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote GIS Process Improvement / Workflow Specialist who will assess geospatial workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and apply automation techniques to enhance efficiency for both structured and unstructured datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current geospatial workflows and identify optimization opportunities
- Apply automation and ML/AI-assisted data cleaning where feasible
- Produce annual Process Improvement Plans and recommend efficiency enhancements
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of experience optimizing geospatial and data workflows
- Technical competency in GIS data and QA/QC of spatial data
- Experience using ESRI ARC software products and producing web maps
- Knowledge of integrating and analyzing remotely sensed data in a GIS
