Job Summary

A company is looking for a Github Copilot Coach, Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on coaching to scrum teams to promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment
Host 1:1 sessions to guide teams on effective usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot
Create and conduct demo sessions to educate teams on tool functionalities and best practices

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and practical experience in software development and SDLC activities
Skilled in leading, influencing, and mentoring developers, with a preference for pair programming experience
Ability to adapt coaching materials and styles to various roles and technologies
Experience working with multiple teams concurrently
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
