Job Summary

A company is looking for a GitHub Copilot Coach, Sr. Consulting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on coaching to scrum teams to promote continuous improvement and a collaborative environment
Host 1:1 sessions to guide teams on effective usage of AI tools like GitHub Copilot
Drive the adoption and effective utilization of AI productivity tools within assigned teams

Required Qualifications

Extensive knowledge and practical experience in software development and SDLC activities
Proficiency and interest in AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot
Skilled in leading, influencing, and mentoring developers, with experience in pair programming preferred
Ability to adapt coaching materials and styles to various roles and technologies
Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
